All teams train on Wednesday nights at Keilor Heights Primary School, Keilor East.

11&U // 6:00 - 7:00pm

13&U // 6:00 - 7:00pm

15&U // 7:00 - 8:30pm

17&U // 7:00 - 8:30pm

Training is divided into warm up, fitness, skills and drills and match play.

All players must wear their training top and hoodie to to all training sessions.
